Where is your data stored?
Our website is hosted on Vercel, a secure cloud hosting platform. Our database is hosted on TiDB Cloud (Alibaba Cloud infrastructure), a MySQL-compatible distributed database service. Both services use industry-standard encryption and security measures.
How long do we keep your data?
Contact form submissions
We keep your messages for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Newsletter subscriptions
We keep your email until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Analytics data
Retained for 14 months as per Google Analytics default settings.
How do we protect your data?
Our site uses HTTPS encryption
We do not store passwords (no accounts on Promzio)
